At HUB by Playground, we believe that age should never be a barrier to independence, vitality, or joy. Our mission is to help older adults maintain strength, balance, and brain health through engaging, research-based group programs that are both fun and functional.

We understand the challenges that come with aging—declining mobility, fear of falling, and reduced confidence—but we also see the potential. With the right support, older adults can continue to live active, fulfilling lives.

Our Approach

We combine physical exercise, brain training, and social connection in a warm, encouraging environment. Our signature program, PlayFree, blends strength training, balance work, and dual-task exercises to target both body and mind—helping participants stay strong, steady, and sharp.

Every session is guided by certified professionals in senior health and fitness, ensuring safety, effectiveness, and personal attention.

Pick-up Service – Door-to-Door Transport to HUB

For members who are unable to travel independently, we offer a convenient and safe pick-up and drop-off service to ensure you never miss a session and always receive the care you deserve.

Our staff will pick you up from your home at the scheduled time using vehicles specially designed for senior comfort and safety. Upon arrival at HUB, you’ll be assisted in getting out of the vehicle, provided with shoes and equipment, and guided smoothly into the training zone.

Before beginning activities, we check your vital signs—such as blood pressure and temperature—and have a quick health chat to ensure you’re physically ready to participate that day.

We begin with light movements such as stretching or slow walking, under close supervision. This helps prepare muscles and joints while minimizing the risk of injury.

Our 1-on-1 training sessions follow personalized plans. You may use air-resistance machines, do balance drills, or practice dual-task exercises that stimulate both the body and brain—all under professional supervision.

After the session, you'll relax in our designated zone with light refreshments while we check your vital signs again. This ensures your recovery is monitored and your safety is maintained.

Before heading home, we provide a quick summary of your training session. Then, we assist you into the vehicle and escort you safely back to your front door with care and attention.
